I was tagged by . Might as well, why not? XD
The Rules:
1. You must post the rules.
2. Each person must post 5 things about themselves in their journal
3. Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post, and create eleven new questions for the people you tag to answer.
4. You have to choose 11 people to tag and post their icons on your journal. (Rebelliously slashignoring this. I don't know 11 people on DA well enough to feel comfortable tagging them. If you want to pick it up, do so.)
5. Go to their page and tell them you have tagged them.
6. No tag backs
7. No stuff in the tagging section about "you're tagged if you're reading this". You legimately have to tag 11 people. (You can't make me moahaha.)
Five things about myself:
1. People scare me to death. I'm an extreme introvert, and sometimes get misinterpreted as aloof or stuck-up - I'm not. I'm probably just too nervous around you to start talking to you. (Yes, even online shuddup.)
2. I don't eat red meat. Fish, milk, egg and the occasional piece of chicken are fine, but no mammal. Haven't for close to ten years now. No particular reason, I just don't.
3. I drink lots of tea, but can't stand coffee. (coffee-flavoured chocolate or ice cream on the other hand, I love)
4. I suck at finishing projects. One of my greatest dreams is to have a book or graphic novel published one day - but I never get more than a few pages of writing done before I give up. I wish I was more disciplined.
5. I'm a shallow comment-whore. Few things make me happier than when someone takes the time to tell me what they think of my art or writing. It's encouraging, inspiring and makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. You guys.
Questions for me to answer:
1. What is you favorite music genre?
I don't so much stick to a genre as mix things wildly if I happen to like them. (embarassing truth is I don't even know the names of most genres I listen to ahaha) Some ambient instrumental stuff, some emo-soft-metal, a bit of rock, musicals, soundtracks from movies and games. I love Poets of the Fall, Conjure One, most music by Zimmer and the Assassin's Creed soundtracks atm.
2. Which season do you like most?
Summer. The others can be pretty, but summer is warm and colorful and you can go swimming in the sea and eat strawberries and ice cream. In Sweden the sun is only gone for a few hours every night - nothing in the world compares to the fragrant light summer nights here.
3. Do you believe in a god?
No. I am fascinated by mythology, but organized religion rubs me the wrong way, especially people trying to impose their world-view on others. I'm a scientific academic at heart; everything must be allowed to be questioned.
4. What would be your dream job?
Drawing the stuff I want and people just hand me money? >.>
Possibly writer; in theory the promise of future pay-checks might help with that discipline problem. XD
5. Do you lie about facts in your life?
Sometimes, but not often. I can be good at phrasing things in a way that people don't even think to ask.
6. What is your favorite TV show?
I don't really watch TV. Documentaries sometimes, and the occasional movie. I can't remember the last time I followed a series on TV. Downloaded Tiger and Bunny a few weeks back, though, that was adorable.
7. Which Assassin you like most (from Assassin's Creed)?
That's easy. La Volpe, of course. XD
8. Do you believe in supernatural phenomena? (yes, keeping Lady-Madbeth's question)
My scientific self says "no", my sappy romantic self says "maybe". I dreamed my grandfather would die the night he passed away. Mostly I'm too cynical to believe. Maybe I'm missing out because of it.
9. What do you like most, drawing or writing?
Drawing. It's so much easier, it allows the mind to wander while your hands are busy. Writing requires a lot more focus. I wish I was better at writing, though - all my art comes with a backstory, and it'd be nice to be able to share all the thought going into it in more detail...
10. How many best friends do you have?
Uh... It depends on how you count? Close friends, people I could tell anything, maybe 3-4?
Sometimes I feel I'm a lousy friend. I tend to lose touch with people over time. ;_;
11. A question you've always wanted to answer! (Keeping this, since it's a good question).
"Do you want chocolate?" Yes!
Questions for you to answer:
1. Is there a meaning behind your name?
2. What's the best story you've ever heard told in any medium (book, game, movie?)
3. Have any pets?
4. If you could tell any one person dead or alive what they've meant to you, who would it be and why?
5. Last 5 tracks on your playlist?
6. What are you the most proud of ever having done?
7. What's your greatest goal in life?
8. Favorite ice cream flavour?
9. If you could go anywhere, where would you go and why?
10. Super-power you wish you had?

Pangaea Fanart Contest 2019!
With the holidays upon us, what better way to enjoy that spare time than whipping out those art supplies and being creative?
THE PANGAEA FANART CONTEST 2019
Dec 1st 2019 – Jan 1st 2020
The objective is straightforward – create a piece of art inspired by Pangaea, in any media or format you feel like. Submit it before midnight on Jan1st 2020.
There is now also a category for written works, by popular request – only one winner will be picked from this category. Since winners get to choose their prizes in descending order, roll of dice will decide between which winning artists the writer gets to choose their prize.

Hey, some new stuff
Hey look at that, I've actually been posting some new stuff lately!
I've picked up my original storyverse Pangaea again, the paracosm fantasy epic I've been working on and off on since I was 11 ( that's a couple decades by now...)
I've mostly been posting my Pangaea art, sketches and meta over at tumblr, but occasionally I upload things here as well.
And I've finally built a new Pangaea website after the old one went derelict and disappeared years ago. It's got fancy character bios, tons of new art, writing and meta and other stuff - please feel free to drop by!
(I also lost a lot of material when the old site went down, so if you
It lives...
Oh, hey, look, the last time I updated this thing was in 2012. Talk about slow burn!
So I remembered I occasionally post things on DA and came by to dump some recent works. Mostly Kingdom Hearts. Seems it's that time of year again. Hope you guys like looking as much as I liked drawing, and so on!
Also, I'm slow as fuck and have only recently started using DA resources, especially looking at those sweet sweet texture packs. So if anyone has some DA points they don't know what to do with, I'd be ridiculously happy if you could spare a few. More textures means more tools to make art etc. Worth asking! :D
Also, feel free to follow me on tumblr
*strangled squeeing noises*
Just look at this gorgeous Jessica that croaky (https://www.deviantart.com/croaky) drew me as a belated birthday present! Just look at it!
