So many little hearts, masterless and free - yet he who once lost his can have none.
Detachment and rational logic are all good and dandy; nothing will give clarity of mind like the lack of distracting emotions. Yet, perhaps sometimes, the bite of loss and emptiness will flare bitter enough even a master of ice will suffer from the cold.
Every answer comes with a price - but what will you do at road's end when only one answer matters any more... and you have nothing left to give?
